Situated in a rural & very peaceful position on the West side of Devon's beautiful Exe Estuary, nestling in the foothills of the Haldon Hills, close to Exeter Racecourse lies Kenton Park Estate & Vineyard. It's a truly outstanding area of natural beauty. The south facing slopes & sandy soil, together with the mild & sunny climate are ideal for Wine production. The Estate has previously grown all of it’s own Grapes & made Wines in it's purpose built Winery Building. New Vines are being planted & the 1st Vintage will be ready in 2021. With over 14,000 Vines, the Estate will produce more than 40,000 Bottles of Wine annually.

 The Winery Building with Courtyards & Paddocks are where we host Conferences, Seminars, Corporate Away Days, Team Building Events & other Special Events.

Equipped with its own large Conference Room space, fantastic Coffee Bar, Vineyard Kitchen for all your Catering requirements & Wine Bar for your Corporate Lunches & Off-Site Meetings - There is more than just a Vineyard at Kenton Park!

 Our Winery Building is quite unique for Conferences & Seminars and creates an Event with a difference. The Winery Building is the “Information Hub” for the whole Estate so it’s not a soul-less Meeting space - it’s full of atmosphere!

For larger Corporate Activities/Team Away Days we also have a large Paddock right next to the Winery Building which is perfect for Team Challenges, Marquees, Food & Drink Festivals, Car Shows, Charity Fun Events.

The Winery Building is a large space, a “Blank Canvas” that is ideal for Corporate Away Days/ Team Building challenges. The Paddock next to the Winery Building is a fantastic Outdoor space for Marquees & Motor Shows. Our Events are extremely well organised & all Team members are fun, engaging & enthusiastic. We have a highly efficient Team & we make sure we are an enjoyable Venue to work with! Our Land Rovers can ferry you around whilst you are here on the Estate.


Outdoor Team Building is a totally different experience from an indoor Team Building event. It’s a great way to improve skills in a fresh environment to educate, inspire & entertain employees. It can provide fresh new challenges without the normal threat of failure & spark delegates into taking on new challenges. The outdoor environment will reduce stress levels & encourage employees to get to know their colleagues better outside of the office walls.
