The unique smoky flavour of our Gin is created by adding black cardamon pods as well as lapsang souchang tea leaves to infuse a delicate trickle of smoke.

Finally our Gin is stored in Whisky barrels marinading a complex combination of botanical and smoky flavours, a truly unique expression. It's a Gin like you've never had before.

Born out of passion

Made for the adventurous 

A passion for whisky fuelled outdoor adventures inspired this Gin. When sipping Smokin Ginny or enjoying it in a cocktail, we hope it evokes the image of sitting around a crackling log fire having fun with family and friends. This is for the adventurers among us, get out there, explore and share the moments how they're supposed to be shared, with a drink and good company!

Ginny's Guilty Pleasure


Gin Maple Sour



  • 2oz Smokin Ginny

  • 1oz Grand Marnier (or other Orange Liquer

  • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Egg White

  • 3/4oz Maple Syrup (or to taste)



First dry shake and then shake over ice and serve. Garnish with Orange peel and a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters. Enjoy!
