Service Description
The Vineyard has been uniquely landscaped into a series of “Avenues”, “Drives” and wide “Alleyways” full of hundreds of different Plants all with a specific purpose. First and foremost to create colour and vibrancy in what would otherwise be a vast green “Sea of Vines”. Wild Grasses have been planted to create a strong visual appeal and “movement” throughout the Vineyard as they sway in the breeze. Many of our Botanicals are picked daily and used by our Chefs in the Vineyard Kitchen. Beautiful “Companion Plants” are growing to increase the yield of our grapevines. Botanicals are growing to be distilled and used in the making of our unique Artisan Gins. Insect repellant plants are growing to help prevent disease in the Vines. A giant Bug Hotel provides a safe haven for all the beneficial insects. Rows and rows of Lavenders and Verbena provide a haven for Bees & Butterflies and a stunningly beautiful purple vista. You will also find some show stoppers that won “Plant of the Year” at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2023 - Agapanthus “Black Jack” a truly stunning plant native to South Africa along with hundreds of purple Alliums (always a Chelsea favourite) and the beautiful Iris “Benton Olive” to transport you to a Mediterranean Landscape. Our very talented Team of Horticulturists work incredibly hard all year round to nurture all of our Plants and they will guide you through an hour long Tour of everything that is growing here. We are of course a Wine Estate and so naturally any Tour involves the Tasting of our Wines which doesn’t usually happen on a Garden Tour!! So after your Tour we invite you to enjoy an incredible Plant-Based Feast that our Chefs have prepared for you, served in our newest Safari Hut in “The Vineyard Kitchen Garden“ situated amongst the raised Beds growing all of the Estate’s fresh produce. Enjoy a Wine Tasting over Lunch with one of our fun Wine Hosts who will serve our new season wines. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the experience.

Cancellation Policy
Tours & Tastings • A deposit will be taken at the time of booking for vineyard tours and tastings. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit, unless under certain extenuating circumstances. • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity to allow time for check-in and preparation. • Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, as some activities involve walking through a working vineyard. • Be cautious of uneven terrain, as wildlife and natural elements may cause the ground to be unstable. • In the event that Kenton Park Estate has to cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of their deposit. Paid Events Policy For special paid events following terms apply: • Ticket Purchases are Non-Refundable: Once a ticket for a paid event has been purchased, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the extensive background work involved in planning and executing these events, including securing the necessary number of attendees to proceed, and purchasing or hiring items such as tables and food. • Resale Option: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell your ticket to another individual. • Waiting List Assistance: We may be able to assist in reselling your ticket if we have a waiting list for the event. Please contact us to inquire about this option. • Refund Consideration for Advance Cancellations: A refund may be considered if the cancellation request is made at least two months in advance of the event date. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Notification & Communication • Guests will receive an email reminder 48 hours before their booking and a text message reminder 24 hours before their booking. • If a no-show charge is applied, guests will be notified via email. Dietary Restrictions • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. • Please note that we have a very small kitchen and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination with allergens. • Guests with severe allergies should be aware that we may struggle to cater for their specific needs.
