Our Guest Accommodation at Kenton Park Estate is not just a luxury Retreat. The property is set in the midst of a small Country Sporting Estate with 10 acre Vineyard producing Sparkling Wines and is surrounded by acres of rolling countryside and also minutes from the Coast.
The Retreat has been beautifully designed inside to create a boutique-style interior.

Many Adventures and Outdoor Experiences are celebrated with Wine ... and being an English Vineyard here at Kenton Park Estate, we have no shortage of Wines and Sparkling Wines as well as our own Artisan Gin, Whisky, Cider and Beer available in the Winery Bar to be enjoyed at the end of any Adventure Experience.

The Motley Cru Restaurant, Coffee & Cocktail Café Bar is only a few paces away from the Guest Lodge for your morning coffee & pastries! Come and join us for Coffee & Cakes, Lunch, Tipsy Afternoon Teas, Wines & Cocktails! You can also enjoy our Friday Night Pizza and Cocktail Nights (June - September).

Walking & Biking Trails
We have so many fantastic Walking & Biking Trails on our doorstep here at Kenton Park Estate. You can simply tumble out of the super sumptuous extra large bed in the Lodge into your Boots or on your Bike and start exploring.
exe estuary trail
The scenery is breathtaking and the Trails take you past the beautiful Estate of Powderham Castle with its magnificent Deer Park and leads straight onto the Exe Estuary Trail for either Walking or Biking with many fantastic Foodie destination stops on route all the way round to Exmouth on the other side of the Estuary.
Mamhead Hill Climb
Or you can take on the Mamhead Hill Climb challenge up and onto the Ridge of Mamhead Forest and ride on to the Mountain Biking Trails at Haldon Forest. Trails are for all levels from beginner to advanced.
dartmoor
When you’ve exhausted those Trails, you can easily head out to Dartmoor which provides endless stretches of rugged beauty.
Heading to Dartmoor for a long walk is an absolute must on your visit, exploring the granite Tors, Reservoirs and other areas of outstanding natural beauty cannot be ignored but even more vital is that the adventure ends in one of the many famous proper Devonshire pubs dotted around the Moor.
If you enjoy Wild Swimming, then Dartmoor has many fantastic bathing spots including one regularly visited by The Motley Cru at Sharrah Pool near Holne. Its roughly a two-mile walk through Holne woods, which are full of spectacular ancient trees. The pool is surrounded by large granite boulders which make the perfect sunbathing beds to enjoy on Summer days with a picnic.

Kenton Park Estate & Vineyard is situated in a truly outstanding area of natural beauty along the South West Coast of Devon, surrounded by rolling hills and Forest ridges and the stunning Exe Estuary Coastline.
There are now 15,000 Vines growing in the microclimate that surrounds Kenton Park Estate. From Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, to Bacchus, Reichensteiner, Solaris and Pinotin, these Grape varieties grow very happily in this beautiful corner of Devon.

Our Wine Lodge is a great base from which to enjoy a number of activities and at the end of the day you can jump into our heated outdoor swimming pool or hot tub/jacuzzi to soothe any sore muscles!
Unwind and spend quality time with that special someone in our unique rural Retreat and enjoy spending evenings stargazing from the steaming waters of the hot tub whilst enjoying the Estate's Sparkling Wines.

Enjoy life on the water! Bring your wet suit and enjoy life on the Exe Estuary. We are very close to the local Sailing Club giving you access straight onto the Estuary by Sailing Boat, Kayak, Paddle Board etc... (we have paddle boards available for hire).
It’s an excellent location for Windsurfing and Kite Surfing. Or perhaps relax for evening meal out in the middle of the Estuary at the River Exe Restaurant and watch the sun go down over the water.

Come back home and enjoy "Sundowners" (Cocktails) in one of our Safari Huts in the Vineyard or relax on the deck outside the Winery Bar.

Tours with a difference
All of our Tasting Tours have been created to provide a very personal experience for you. It's not like booking onto a large group Tour, we will run a Tour for couples. Each of our Tours includes the tasting of 3 of our Sparkling Wines, all alfresco in the Vineyard, exploring the different plantations and overlooking some spectacular views of the Devon countryside.
We'll also try our artisan sparkling Cider in the Estate's Orchard as well as getting to meet the Farm animals including our rare breed Swiss Valais Blacknose Sheep and our cheeky Pygmy Goats. To book you tour is as simple as dropping us an email [kentonparkestate@gmail.com].
