Service Description
We offer our Tipsy afternoon tea every day, Tuesday to Saturday at 3:30. Please note this time is not set in stone and if you wish to book a different time, please send us an email. We can cater to some dietary requirements, including Gluten Free. Unfortunately for our Tipsy Teas we cannot Cater to Vegans or those with nut allergies. We would be more than happy to suggest one of our other dining experiences instead. For more info on allergies and intolerances, please email us as we may suggest another item off our menu for you as not to deliver a sub par afternoon tea.

Cancellation Policy
Tours & Tastings • A deposit will be taken at the time of booking for vineyard tours and tastings. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit, unless under certain extenuating circumstances. • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity to allow time for check-in and preparation. • Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, as some activities involve walking through a working vineyard. • Be cautious of uneven terrain, as wildlife and natural elements may cause the ground to be unstable. • In the event that Kenton Park Estate has to cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of their deposit. Paid Events Policy For special paid events following terms apply: • Ticket Purchases are Non-Refundable: Once a ticket for a paid event has been purchased, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the extensive background work involved in planning and executing these events, including securing the necessary number of attendees to proceed, and purchasing or hiring items such as tables and food. • Resale Option: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell your ticket to another individual. • Waiting List Assistance: We may be able to assist in reselling your ticket if we have a waiting list for the event. Please contact us to inquire about this option. • Refund Consideration for Advance Cancellations: A refund may be considered if the cancellation request is made at least two months in advance of the event date. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Notification & Communication • Guests will receive an email reminder 48 hours before their booking and a text message reminder 24 hours before their booking. • If a no-show charge is applied, guests will be notified via email. Dietary Restrictions • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. • Please note that we have a very small kitchen and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination with allergens. • Guests with severe allergies should be aware that we may struggle to cater for their specific needs.
